Messrs. Chris Kottra, CDT, CCCA; Patrick Reicher, SE, CDT, CCCA; and Charles Sietmann, RRO, CDT, CIT, CCCA have attained this prestigious, nationally recognized credential that demonstrates their superior knowledge and understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and activities involved to undertake and successfully complete complex construction projects.
This achievement reaffirms that BTC and Messrs. Kottra, Reicher, and Sietmann have the requisite skills in (1) quality assurance and quality control, (2) bidding and negotiation procedures, (3) construction observation and inspection, (4) Division 01 General and Supplemental Conditions, agreements, and all other documents related to a project, and (5) enforcement and liability to continue to consistently deliver construction projects on time and on budget.
To earn the CCCA designation, which takes months of preparation, a candidate must pass a set of rigorous exams that are based on CSI's Practice Guides -- the industry's model for best practices in the fields of specification writing, product representation and contract administration. This achievement is considered a milestone in an individual's professional development, and proof of their commitment to continuous improvement in the construction industry.
